The Heep app (app.heep.ai) and the conversations it handles are not hosted on this site. They are hosted with providers whose servers are located in the United States. The list of sub-processors, the security measures and the retention periods are available on request, as is a data processing agreement (DPA). Write to contact@heep.ai.

How your personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy. To access, correct or delete your data, write to contact@heep.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
