Every conversation is counted
Channel, time, language, who replied (Heep, your team or both), messages sent and delivered: everything is logged as service goes on. A missed call recovered by message is counted as exactly that.
Conversations handled, bookings written into your software, actual or estimated revenue, share handled by the AI without your team, credits used. Your analytics fit on one screen, per venue or for the whole group, and export to CSV.
Peak at 8pm · 38 conversations, mid-service
You hand your messages over to an AI. It replies at night, in the middle of the rush, on your day off. You do not read every conversation, and that is the point. But at the end of the month, you need to be able to answer a simple question: how many tables, for how much money, and at what price.
Three steps, nothing for your team to do.
Channel, time, language, who replied (Heep, your team or both), messages sent and delivered: everything is logged as service goes on. A missed call recovered by message is counted as exactly that.
Every booking Heep writes into your software is linked to its conversation. With Zenchef and a Lightspeed till linked to Zenchef, the actual bill amount comes back onto the booking. Otherwise, Heep estimates revenue from the average spend per cover you give it, and says so.
The dashboard gives you the essentials for today and the last 30 days. The Analytics page goes into detail: split by channel, peak hours, days of the week, AI autonomy, credits used and projection. The data goes out as CSV for your management team or your accountant.
Heep does not throw a revenue figure at you out of thin air. Every booking counted is written into your software, linked to the conversation that produced it. Revenue is actual when Zenchef is linked to a Lightspeed till, estimated from average spend everywhere else, and the screen says which every single time.
You pay for messages. Heep shows you what those messages produced: how many conversations, how many tables, for what revenue. Credits used and the end-of-month projection sit on the same screen, so there is never a surprise on the invoice.
A business partner, an operations director, an accountant: they will not read your conversations. They will read a CSV or the trial review. Those numbers exist for them.
Conversations, autonomy, bookings, revenue. The rest is there when you need it: by channel, by hour, by day, by venue. And every revenue figure carries its label: actual or estimated.
We would rather tell you before the demo.
Consolidated view for the group, per-venue view for each manager. CSV export from the Analytics page.
Estimated revenue is still an estimate. Heep shows it alongside the average spend it used, so you can correct it or redo the sums yourself.
The Analytics page exports to CSV: conversations, bookings, revenue, credits. You drop the file into your usual reporting, with nothing to type in again.
At the end of your trial, the Heep team prepares a review: what Heep handled, the bookings written, the estimated revenue, AI autonomy, missed calls recovered. Enough to decide with your partners or your management team on numbers, not on a hunch.
“How many bookings this week?”, “Which channel works best on Sundays?”: Copilot reads your analytics and answers you inside Heep, from the office or your phone.
Two cases. If you use Zenchef and a Lightspeed till is linked to it, the actual bill amount comes back onto the booking, and Heep shows that amount. In every other case, Heep estimates revenue by multiplying the covers booked by the average spend you give it. The estimate is always flagged as such, with the average spend used.
Only with Zenchef × Lightspeed, where Zenchef attaches the bill to the booking. Heep does not read your till directly and does not plug into it. If you use another reservation software or another till, the revenue shown is an estimate based on average spend.
Heep sets the revenue for the period (actual or estimated) against what you paid for Heep over the same period. The cost follows the credits you use: €99 excl. VAT per pack of 1,000 messages, and €19 excl. VAT per additional venue for a group. You see both amounts side by side, not just the multiple.
Yes. The Analytics page exports to CSV: conversations, bookings, revenue, credits, per venue or consolidated. For a full export of your data beyond analytics, ask the Heep team.
A PDF document prepared by the Heep team at the end of your trial, for one or several venues. It brings your numbers together: conversations handled, share handled by the AI, bookings written into your software, estimated revenue, missed calls recovered, peak hours. It is designed to be passed on as is to your partners or your management team.
Both. Head office sees the consolidated group view and switches to a single venue in one click. Each manager sees their own venue's numbers, according to their role. Credits are tracked per venue or for the group, depending on the mode you have chosen.
Heep writes to you on WhatsApp exactly as it would write to your guests, with your hours and your rules. You judge it on the evidence, then start whenever you are ready.
