Several venues. One assistant, with rules of its own for each.
Heep answers for every restaurant in your group with its own menu, opening hours and house rules. Head office sees everything, each team sees only its venue. And when one dining room is full, Heep offers the one next door.

The problem
A group is not just a bigger restaurant.
Every venue has its own menu, its own hours, its own team, its own reservation software. Requests come in on five phone numbers, five Instagram accounts, three inboxes. Head office wants the big picture, the teams want to be left in peace.
01One tool per restaurant means five set-ups to maintain and nobody to compare the numbers.
02One shared account for everyone means everyone sees everything, subscription and billing included.
03Heep holds both ends: one assistant for the group, with rules and permissions of its own for each venue.

How it works
How Heep does the work for you.
Three steps, nothing for your team to do.
Step 01
You add your venues
Each venue has its own profile: opening hours, menu, tone of voice, reservation software, instructions for the day. Heep answers in the name of the restaurant that was contacted, never in the name of the group. A single WhatsApp number can serve several venues, or each restaurant keeps its own.

Step 02
You assign the roles
Head office manages everything. A manager sees only their venues. A front-of-house team member follows their restaurant's conversations. Everyone chooses, venue by venue, whether they are alerted by email, by notification, or not at all.
Bookings up to 12autoGroups over 12teamAllergies and dietsflagged
Step 03
You run it all from one screen
A selector at the top of the app: every venue or just one. Bookings, messages, missed calls, estimated revenue, per site or consolidated. Credits are shared or kept separate, the choice is yours.

What Heep handles
Much more than an automatic reply.
Answer for the right venueMenu, hours, directions, house rules: Heep applies the profile of the restaurant that was contacted, not an average profile for the group.
Offer the venue next doorFully booked tonight? Heep checks availability at your other restaurants linked to the same software (Zenchef or SevenRooms) and offers a table elsewhere in the group.
Give everyone the right permissionsFour roles, from Super Admin to Contributor. One scope per person: one venue, several, or all of them, including the ones you open later.
Alert the right personVenue by venue, everyone chooses to be alerted by email, by notification on mobile or desktop, or not at all.
Share or separate creditsOne balance for the whole group, or one per restaurant. Overage is handled at the same level, venue by venue if you prefer.
Compare your restaurantsA consolidated dashboard and a per-site view. CSV export for the board meeting, without reworking five files.
The Fitz Group story
Five Paris restaurants, 4,200 requests a month, one assistant. Each venue keeps its own tone, menu and house rules. Head office keeps the shared rules and the big picture.
Head office: every venue, the subscription, the credits, the consolidated analytics.
A venue manager: their conversations, their settings, their team.
The front-of-house team: their restaurant's conversations, and only the alerts they have chosen.
You start with one venue. You expand when the numbers tell you to: book a demo.
Analytics · Group view
Head office compares, each venue keeps its own numbers.
Switch from “all venues” to a single one in one click. Conversations, bookings, missed calls and estimated revenue read per site, with the column your spreadsheets were missing.

Full transparency
What Heep does, and what it does not.
We would rather tell you before the demo.
What Heep does for a group
One WhatsApp number for several venues, or one number per venue, in the same account
Redirection to another restaurant in the group with real availability, between venues linked to the same software (Zenchef or SevenRooms)
Roles and permissions per person, team management delegated to local managers
Credits shared or per venue, +€19 excl. VAT per month per additional venue
Consolidated view and per-site view, CSV export
Each venue keeps its own memory: menu, instructions, tone of voice. An instruction set for one venue never spills over onto the others.
What Heep does not do
Check availability at a nearby venue without Zenchef or SevenRooms: Heep mentions the other venue and hands over to your team
Decide on its own where to send a guest: which venues refer guests to one another is your rule
Mix up the numbers: the revenue shown is estimated from average spend, unless actual revenue comes through Zenchef × Lightspeed
Above 12,000 messages per month, pricing is tailored. Let's talk it through in a demo with your number of venues and your volumes.
The way you work
Heep adapts to your restaurant, not the other way round.
Two venues or twenty
Start with one venue on trial, add the others once the team is comfortable. The “all venues” scope automatically includes your next opening.
A different clientele at every venue
Heep replies in the guest's language, with the tone of the restaurant that was contacted: lively here, fine dining there. Tonight's instructions stay specific to each dining room.
A central reservations desk and teams on the floor
One login for the central desk that sees every venue, named logins for managers and teams. Everyone sees what they need to see, nothing more.
Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most.
Can I use a single WhatsApp number for all my restaurants?
Yes. A WhatsApp number is attached to one venue, and from that thread Heep can book at the other restaurants in the group linked to the same software, Zenchef or SevenRooms. You can also keep one number per venue: every conversation lands in the same Heep account, labelled with the restaurant concerned.
How does redirection to a nearby restaurant work?
When the requested dining room is full, Heep checks availability at your other venues linked to the same software (Zenchef or SevenRooms) and offers the guest a table, stating the address. The booking is written into the software of the restaurant that hosts them. You decide which venues can refer guests to one another. Without linked software, Heep mentions the other venue and passes it on to your team.
Which roles are available?
Four. Super Admin: the whole account, subscription and billing included. Manager: the same rights, except subscription and billing, limited to the venues assigned to them, team management included. Team member: the conversations and day-to-day settings of their venues. Contributor: only the conversations handed to them. A role can never appoint someone more powerful than itself.
Notifications, who receives what?
Each person sets, venue by venue, whether they are alerted by email, by notification on mobile or desktop, or not at all. The head waiter in the 7th is not disturbed by the 2nd. A log keeps track of who was alerted, and when.
How are credits counted for a group?
You choose: one shared balance for the whole group, or one balance per venue. Overage is set at the same level. Pricing is €99 excl. VAT per month per pack of 1,000 messages, plus €19 excl. VAT per month per additional venue, with no commitment. Above 12,000 messages per month, we put together tailored pricing.
Can we test on a single restaurant before rolling out to the group?
Yes, and that is what we recommend. The trial starts on one venue, with 500 free messages and no commitment. At the end, the Heep team hands you a report with the numbers to present to management. The other venues are added afterwards, each with its own profile and reservation software, within a few days per venue.
I have several restaurants: do I need one account per venue?
No. A single account runs your whole group. Each restaurant has its own memory, its own opening hours and its own booking software; head office gets a consolidated view and each team only sees its own address.
If one restaurant is full, Heep can suggest another venue in the group. Roles and permissions are set person by person and venue by venue. Fitz Group uses Heep across 5 addresses for around 4,200 requests a month.
Does the price change if I have several restaurants?
Each additional venue costs €19 excl. VAT a month, and your message packs can be shared across all your addresses or tracked restaurant by restaurant, whichever you prefer.
Above 12,000 messages a month, we build a tailor-made offer to suit your volume and your number of venues. Get in touch to talk it through.
Heep writes to you on WhatsApp exactly as it would write to your guests, with your hours and your rules. You judge it on the evidence, then start whenever you are ready.
