You choose the steps
A reminder before the visit, a review request after, a follow-up to guests who have not been back: you switch on each step separately, with your own timing and your own words. The journey shows you the ones still missing.
First contact, booking, reminder, visit, review, a follow-up months later: Heep runs each step in the same WhatsApp or SMS conversation. You choose which ones to switch on. It takes care of the rest.
“Tomorrow 8:30pm, 2 covers. Can you confirm?”
“Yes”
“Thanks for last night. A word on Google?”
“It has been a while. Shall we keep a table?”

The guest had a lovely evening. They booked, they came, maybe they left a review. Then six months go by without a word. Nobody wrote to them, because nobody had the time.
Three steps, nothing for your team to do.
A reminder before the visit, a review request after, a follow-up to guests who have not been back: you switch on each step separately, with your own timing and your own words. The journey shows you the ones still missing.
Each message goes out on WhatsApp, or by SMS if the number is not on it, in your restaurant's name and in your words. It appears in the conversation thread, labelled with its origin: AI, team or automation.
They confirm, cancel, leave their review or book again straight from the message. The booking is written into your software. If they ask a question, the AI answers as it would in any other conversation.
The guest journey is not one more tool. It is the same conversation your guest booked in, extended to the moments that matter: the day before their visit, the day after, and months later when they have forgotten you.
Heep spots, in your Zenchef or SevenRooms database, the guests who have not been back for several months and writes to them, over WhatsApp or SMS, in your restaurant's name. No aggressive offer: an invitation, with the option to book straight from the message. Guests tagged VIP, press or “do not contact” are never approached.
The journey shows, step by step, the messages sent and what they led to: confirmations, reviews, bookings. The steps you have not switched on show up as gaps. Up to you to fill them, or not.
We would rather tell you before the demo.
Every automatic message is written into the conversation thread, with its origin. Your team sees everything from the inbox or the app, and can take over at any time.
Without a connected reservation software, long-term follow-ups have no guest database to work from. Bring it up in the demo: we look at what is possible together.
Each step has its own switch. You can turn on the reminder without the win-back message, or the other way round. You can also pause the AI on one conversation, one channel or the whole venue.
The reminder message, the review request, the follow-up: you read them over and adjust them. Heep keeps your tone in the rest of the conversation.
Each venue sets its own steps and timing. Management sees the whole picture from the group view, without switching accounts.
The reminder and the pick-up of an unfinished request relate to a booking the guest asked for themselves. For long-term follow-ups, the guest needs to have agreed to be contacted again, usually when booking in your software. Heep respects “do not contact” tags and any opt-out request, and you keep control over the messages sent.
Each step sends a single message, tied to something the guest experienced: their booking for tomorrow, their visit yesterday, their last visit months ago. It is not a campaign. You choose the timing, you exclude whoever you want with a tag, and a guest who no longer wishes to hear from you stops receiving messages.
From your reservation software, Zenchef or SevenRooms. Heep works on your whole guest database, not only the people who have already written to it. No export, no file to prepare. Without connected software, long-term follow-ups are not possible as things stand: we talk it through in the demo.
The conversation carries on in the same place. The guest confirms, cancels or books from the message; the booking is written into your software. If they ask a question or make a special request, the AI answers with your rules, and hands over to you when the decision is yours to make.
