Your happy guests finally leave a review.

After the visit, Heep sends the review request by WhatsApp or SMS. Your Google reviews land in Heep with a reply already drafted in your tone. You read it over, you publish.

The problem

Happy guests leave without a word. The unhappy ones don't.

A lovely evening, a table that thanks you on the way out, and then nothing: no review, no trace. The disappointed guest, on the other hand, needs no prompting to write. And when you finally open your Google listing, there are eight reviews without a reply, two of which sting.

01Nobody asks for the review at the right moment: you are on the floor, the guest is already out on the street.
02Replying to reviews happens on Sunday evening, when there is some energy left. Often, there isn't.
03Heep sends the request after the visit and drafts every reply. You keep the final say.

How it works

How Heep does the work for you.

Three steps, nothing for your team to do.

Step 01

The request goes out after the visit

Once the booking has been honoured, Heep messages the guest by WhatsApp or SMS, in your restaurant's name, with a direct link to your Google listing. You choose the delay. No-shows, cancellations and guests you have tagged (VIP, press, do not contact) receive nothing.

Step 02

The review lands in Heep

Your Google listing is connected to Heep. Rating, latest reviews, attached photos: everything sits in the Reviews tab, synced every day. Heep reads the reviews and brings out what your guests love and what they hold against you.

Step 03

Heep drafts, you publish

For every review, Heep prepares a reply in your tone, in the guest's language. You read it over, tweak it if needed, and publish it to Google in one click. Or you decline it. Nothing goes out without you.

What Heep handles

Much more than an automatic reply.

A Google review is often the first thing a future guest reads about you. Heep takes care of the two moments that matter: the request, right after the visit, and the reply, in your tone, ready to publish. The rest of the relationship, reminders, follow-ups and campaigns, is handled in the Guest journey.

Ask for the review at the right momentThe same evening or the next morning: you set the delay after the visit, Heep sticks to it.
Exclude anyone who should not be askedNo-show, cancellation, VIP, press, “do not contact”: these guests receive no request.
Track what the request producesRequests sent, clicks on the link, reviews received: you can see whether it works, restaurant by restaurant.

Analytics · Guest reviews

You know how many reviews you ask for, how many you receive, and what they say.

Every request sent is tracked through to the click and the review. Your Google reviews are read and grouped by theme, so you know what to fix on the floor or in the kitchen.

What Heep does, and what it does not.

We would rather tell you before the demo.

What Heep does

  • Sends the review request by WhatsApp or SMS, in your restaurant's name, with a direct link to your Google listing
  • Gathers your Google reviews in Heep: rating, latest reviews, attached photos, synced every day
  • Drafts a reply to every review, in your tone and in the guest's language
  • Publishes the reply to Google once you have approved it
  • Groups the themes in your reviews and tracks your requests (sent, clicked, reviews received)

Your Google listing is connected through the official Google Business Profile integration: replies are published in your venue's name, as if you had written them from your own account.

What Heep does not do

  • Publish a reply without your approval: every draft waits for your click
  • Filter, hide or delete a review, or write one on a guest's behalf
  • Offer anything in return for a review: Google's rules forbid it, so the request stays a simple invitation
  • Ask no-shows, cancellations or guests you have excluded by tag

If a guest replies to the request to complain, their reply lands in your inbox like any other message. You can write to them before they write in public.

The way you work

Heep adapts to your restaurant, not the other way round.

You keep the final say

No reply is published without you. You read it over from the inbox, the mobile app or your computer, fix a sentence if needed, and publish.

Your tone, not a robot's

You tell Heep how you speak to your guests: formal or relaxed, your sign-off, what you never say. The drafts follow suit.

One venue or several

Each venue has its own Google listing, its own reply rules and its own sign-off. You switch from one to the other without changing account.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most.

Does Heep publish replies to reviews on its own?

No. Heep drafts a reply to every review, in your tone. You read it over, edit it if needed, and publish or decline it in one click. Nothing goes out to Google without your approval.

Which review platforms are supported?

Google, through the official Google Business Profile integration. That is where your future guests look you up and read your reviews. Heep pulls in your rating, your latest reviews and the attached photos, and publishes your replies in your listing's name.

How does Heep know a guest actually came?

Through your reservation software. When a booking is past and honoured, Heep sends the review request after the delay you have chosen. Cancelled and no-show bookings, and guests you have tagged (VIP, press, “do not contact”), are excluded.

What if the guest is unhappy?

The review request is a message like any other: the guest can reply to it. If they express disappointment, their reply lands in your inbox and you can write to them directly, before they leave a public review. On the Google side, Heep also drafts a reply for low ratings, in the tone you have chosen for those cases. You decide whether to approve it.

Can I adjust the reply according to the rating?

Yes. For each rating level, you decide whether Heep prepares a draft or not, in which tone and with which sign-off. For example: a warm, short reply to 5-star reviews, a measured, detailed reply to 1- and 2-star reviews, read by the manager before it is published.

Can guests opt out of being asked?

Yes. The request goes out by WhatsApp or SMS and the guest can unsubscribe at any time; Heep honours that choice from then on. You can also exclude guests in advance with tags, for instance your regulars or the press.

Does Heep reply to Google reviews as well?

It writes the reply, you publish it. Heep connects to your Google Business Profile, picks up every new review and prepares a draft reply in your venue's tone of voice. You publish, edit or reject it in one click. Nothing goes out without your say-so.

Heep can also send a review request after the visit, with a direct link to your listing, leaving out the guests you choose (an open complaint, press, VIPs). And it shows you what people criticise and what they praise in your reviews.
